Mountains Of Sugar
Are you consuming too much sugar???
Are you drinking sodas, drinking orange juice, munching Starbuck pastries, or eating a protein bar for your gym work out???
If this is you and want to shed fat then we have a problem.
You see sugar is everywhere and most of us eat too much of it. Sugar are dead calories (no significant value) and too much of it leads to a fat stomach and eventually type 2 diabetes or obesity.
Are you addicted to sugar???
Here's what I want you to do... Go 2-3 days without any man made sugar (sweets, candy, sodas. juices, etc...) Here's what's going to happen. You might get the jitters or better yet you might get cranky... It doesn't sound like fun but if you experience this then you are addicted. Tossing sugar out the window is one simple but effective tool to lose weight.
