I Need Motivation

Help Me!
If you are in need of a make over, a boost, or can use direction with your Health and Fitness then "don't be a turtle and get some help."
I talk to a lot of clients who are glad that I am at their disposal. But here's the problem, 99.9% of them would have never reached out to me if it wasn't for me reaching out to them first.
Here's what I mean!
I have a list of trainees that I email, chat with, and see on a day-to-day basis. I like to motivate and educate them, let them know that I am here if they need anything. For the most part I know a lot of my trainees can use my help, but I never push my services. That isn't how commitment and success works. YOU have to WANT IT. I just like to remind them that MY Help is just a "phone call away."
Here's what I want you to do? If you need and want some help with your Results then get some help!---talk to your close friends. Ask them if they work with or know of any good trainer that they can recommend. I bet you someone KNOWS someone. And it doesn't necessarily have to be a trainer. It can be a nutritionist, Pilates instructor, or Yoga guru.
If you want to get in shape and haven't ever spoken or received a sit down consultation with a Personal Trainer then I suggest you do so. You will be amazed on what we can accomplish in just a relaxed conversation. A lot of your questions can be answered and trust me, you will feel a lot better.
I've been Personal Training for over 5 years and it is not uncommon that I get referrals from old, new, existing clients, family, and friends... And 9 times out of 10 they have found me through my clients network of friends.
What does a Personal Trainer do?
A Personal Trainer is like a "Mr. Fix-It-All." If you don't believe me then just go talk to one. They, or should I say "WE" solve a lot of puzzles in the Health and Fitness Spectrum.
Here are a few that might sound familiar to you:
"I have wedding in six months, get me into shape."
"I'm going on vacation, get me into my bikini."
"My birthday is coming, help me."
"I have a high school reunion."
"Tell me what to eat." (that is frequently used by my fiance')
OR
"I don't know WTF Im doing, help me!"
Personal Training is your best route even if sometimes it seems extremely difficult. Remember, it IS worth it in the end. There are many success stories from my own clients but their success doesn't come easy. Their success comes from dedication, hard work, and Personal Training.
A lot can be accomplished. You are only limited to what you want and put into it.
I cannot tell you how often my clients thank me for such great progress and how much their lifestyle has improved. It is the best feeling in the world. But I like to also remind my clients "that they are doing the work AND I'm just coaching them."--- Sometimes they forget how hard they are actually working and need to remind them to applaud themselves.
Personal Trainers Rock! So get up and come pick OUR brains.
