Have you ever heard of men having an apple shaped body and women having a pear?
Well I don't believe it because I have seen a lot of people looking like the other and some falling in the in between category.
The point is you have to identify what YOU are. Some people are naturally thin, rounded, wide hips or thick legs. Where do you fall? This is important when it coming to your training and dieting.
Suppose I am naturally thick, have a hard time losing weight, and have a history of easy weight gain. If this is you then continue reading. Don't point the finger at yourself and say that you were born with a curse. You just took the time to sculpt away your current master piece.
You just have less room for error.
Everyone can lose the fat! Put together a food journal. Don't even start to diet down. Just write one weeks worth of calories and at the end of the week look over your notes. Is there room for improvement? You bet your ass there is. No is perfect including yourself.
Make sure to eat 5-6 meals a day, have adequate protein in your diet, and eat your carbs at the right times. Timing is everything with your body type so make sure you get ahead of your game and watch the fat melt away.
