Melt Down Workout I

Tired of your same old workout routine.

I dare you to try this.

A1 Back Squats
A2 Reverse Lunges
A3 Thrusters
A4 Front Squats
A5 Push Press
A6 Hanging Leg Raises

Before you start make sure you go through a total body warm-up. 5-10 minutes is a perfect time zone to create muscle pliability, adequate blood circulation, and proper respiration.

Your goal is to complete 10 reps per each exercise without ever setting down the barbell. Burn through as many rounds as possible for a total of 10 minutes. Select a load that will allow you to complete 10 reps per exercise continuously.

Your rest intervals depends on how many rounds you want to complete.
