There's No Easy Way Out: You Have To Workout!
A lot of times people look for the fastest, least physical demanding way to lose weight. People seem to be on a constant scavenger hunt looking for the latest pill, hottest diet plan, and even the latest 10 minute workout dvd to get the results that they always wanted.
Is there an easy way out?
Let’s think about this for a second. If a “Fitness Shortcut” really existed why the need for a gym? Why not swallow all those rainbowed colored pills and watch old Richard Simmons dvds? Now let’s be honest. Can we really cut corners and reach our dream body?
Last time I checked nothing in life is easy. Obtaining a bachelors degree is hard work A lot of money is being invested, countless hours spent in class during lectures and not to mention the many long nights stuck to a desk studying. It is earned not handed out. When we think about success the obvious should be hard work. Donald Trump didn’t become a billionaire in one investment, it took time, planning, and determination to climb to the top.
When clients ask me how much weight can they lose in a month, I say “as much as you want,” literally. Remember you can go to the gym to workout or you can go to the gym to train. A workout only happens once, whereas training lasts until the goal is reached! Training requires more discipline, time investment, and a driven determination.
