Six Pack 101
Don't spend countless repetitions on sit-ups if you are carrying a lot of body fat. No, you can not get rid of your stomach by doing more ab exercises. I don't have to prove you wrong because you already know. You already invested thousands of reps doing the coolest looking ab exercises found in the magazines and at the gym.
Here's the trick. A great way to start is to drop your body fat anywhere below 10 percent. That way you have a strong base to work with. Usually from this point you can look at yourself in the mirror and see what type of diet and training adjustments you are going to have to make.
Don't work backwards! Doing thousands of crunches is not going to get those knock out abs!
I get asked a lot about choosing the best ab exercises and you know what I say, "Do them all." If your lean enough each rep is going to count.
