The 30 Minute Exercise Blaster!
I know this video may be a bit extreme, but the point is that you don't necessarily have to workout at a gym. If you are pressed for time there is still hope. There are a ton of options that you can do to benefit your fitness.
You just need a little chunk of space. Whether it is a backyard, a middle school lot, or a nearby city park, these are just a few places that you can take advantage of... Next purchase a few pieces of equipment - a jump rope, medicine ball, a pair of resistance bands, and a pack of agility cones and you are set to burn off Fat! FYI: all this equipment will probably cost you about $50.
So, "Can you get a hell of a workout, you ask..."Hell Yes you can!" There are hundreds of exercises that you can do with just a few pieces of equipment that will surprise you AND since it is so simple, you can exercise just about anywhere.
