Lacking motivation is an easy fix


Get up off your butts and get into shape!

Obesity is at its peak and still we choose to do nothing about it. Why because we are lazy, tired, unmotivated, don't have a workout partner, pressed for time, involved in a relationship, and don't want to interfere with our social life.

Of course you have an excuse. Why wouldn't you? Everyone else has one... Unfortunately, if you don't act now, you will end up as another fat statistic in this world.

Here's what you need to do. Follow these steps in ascending order.

First quickly write down all your excuses/reasons why you can not exercise. Write as fast as you can without any hard thought.

Next rewrite the list but now put a little more detail and specification.

Excellent now stare at list for 1-2 minutes. Read each bullet carefully...

Now stand up and walk over to the mirror and say "I'm full of s*$t."

Sorry but it flows into my next point :)

I know we all have a million errands, things to do, and can't live without a social life. But consider this, when the next doctors visit comes around the corner and declares your diabetes, high cholesterol, poor insulin regulation, high blood pressure, poor blood composition AND considers you overweight and unhealthy... YOU are going to be left with no one to blame but yourself!

You need to sacrifice, put time aside, and make no excuse in getting into shape. Health clubs are everywhere and some are open 24 hrs. PERSONAL TRAINERS :) are everywhere waiting to help change your lives.

Put your excuses aside and save it. Like I mentioned earlier, don't be another fat statistic and get up off your ASS.
