Interval Training Can Burn Tons Of Fat
OK folks here you have it.
I have tons of people telling me that their training is boring, lacks intensity, and has little challenge. Well look no further...
This "Killer Interval Workout" is just what the doctor ordered. If you are training 3-5 days a week then this workout is just what you need, Otherwise enter at your own risk. This "Training Interval" will burn tons of FAT, get a huge EPOC response (fat burning enzymes post workout), stimulate LEAN muscle, and will burns hundreds of total calories in less than 45 minutes :)
Here's what you need: ipod, lots of water, towel, and a stop-watch.
Once you have all your gear ready and handy walk over to an area in the gym where there is tons of space. Next garb a barbell you consider to be "light-medium"and a pair of dumbbells that are "medium-heavy..."
You will be doing (2) 20 minute training intervals.
First 20 minutes:
1. BB Squat 15 reps
2. BB Spit Squats 10 reps each leg
3. BB Bent Over Row 15 reps
4. BB Push Ups (hand on bar/ground level) 20 reps
5. V-Ups (Ab's) 30 reps
* Repeat for a total of 15 minutes!
* Do as many sets as you can before the clock expires :)
* Rest for 2 minutes then jump into Training Interval #2
* Do as many sets as you can before the clock expires :)
* Rest for 2 minutes then jump into Training Interval #2
Second 20 minutes:
1. DB Squats 15 reps
2. DB Vertical Press 15 reps
3. DB Burpees 15 reps
4. DB Chest Press 15 reps
5. Scissor Kicks 60 kicks total
In less than 45 minutes you will reach a maximal FAT burning state and gain some attention around the gym.
