Which Supplements To Take?

Ever skim through a fitness magazine?

Well don't bother. More than 50% of the magazine is bombarded with supplement ads. Brainwashing you the reader in believing that a single pill can transform your body. Each page has a before and after photo and 9 times at of 10 the makeover doesn't look like the "before."

Supplements.

Well the supplement world is a whopping $24 billion dollar industry. WOW!

That means our "Fat Epidemic" at the start of the millennium is over. Health clubs are no longer needed because everyone is in shape and thousands of fitness professionals are left without a profession.

?

Ok maybe I've gotten carried away but you get the idea. Nothing did change. In fact things are getting worse. One out of three people in the states are considered unhealthy and overweight. Record reports are linking today's obese epidemic to high blood pressure, clogged arteries, diabetes, and the umbrella of Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD).

So where is the 24 billion? It's here walking amongst us. You see them everyday at work, school, church, and on their bikes. No one has changed. You didn't get the benefits that were promised to you on the ad's. The only one who benefited are the manufacturing companies themselves.

Fat loss is a sensitive subject. As a coach I understand the importance and desperation of losing fat. I can see why trainees get sucked in for the promised quick fix.

Don't get fooled.

Losing weight is a lifestyle. Make the appropriate changes!
