Motivation for Fat Loss
Without motivation you are dead in the water.
Almost everyone is capable of working out, but can you stay motivated enough to get the job done.
What if I said "you have 10 days to lose 10 pounds of fat or else your dead?" The tables start to turn. You start to put more pressure and drive on yourself to losing every pound of fat before the 10 day deadline--- The power of "Motivation."
Motivation is the only thing that keeps you going. It does for me. My clients are the ones motivating me to be the best Trainer that I can be by continuing to master the art of fat loss, developing cutting-edge training programs, and of course staying up to date with the fitness industry. There positive energy reflects there hard work and there results are expressed with a smile.
That's motivation.
Here are a few critical steps that my clients follow on reaching there success.
1. Surround yourself with a positive ambiance- My favorite :)
2. Include your friends, family and coworkers in your fitness goals- They can help you make the right choices and help you escape external pressure.
3. Set small goals- I mean small. Make them attainable. Weekly vs. Monthly or Quarterly vs. Yearly
4. Accept "fitness-roadblocks"- sometimes your game plan doesn't always follow 100%---instead shoot for 90%
5. Reward yourself every time you accomplish a small goal- buy a dress, shoes, perfume
6. Keep a food and workout log--- success is often forgotten. Keeping a journal is valid proof of your success (make sure to be detailed).
7. Take "before" and "after" pictures--- This is the ultimate motivation that you will need to maintain your goals and give you the happiness of a huge accomplished journey.
