How to and speed up your metabolism

Let me spill the beans.

Here's how your body works. When you're young, teens to mid-twenties your metabolism is at its peak. You are able to get away with eating pizza every other day without gaining a single pound.

Then...

As you age your metabolism naturally starts to slow down, you start to move less, eat "foods" at the wrong times, resulting in a huge loss of lean muscle and a surplus of fat. Bummer :(

6. Average 8 hours of rest
